Directory Openbook business index. It is easy, so don’t miss the opportunity to get in front
of all our print buyer members.
Please note that the system gives you a time limit of 60 minutes to fill your details in.
If you want to you can print these instructions out before you start
dropping your companies details into the Business Index.
1. Please register yourself on the front page (“Register Now”or “Register
here for FREE”) as an individual first. It is free of charge. Just simply follow
the registration process.
2. Once you are approved, log onto the system with your username and
your password, which you hopefully have saved.
Go to “Directory" and then into the “Business Index”. Have a close look around
how other companies have set themselves up and to get a feel of the overall
design such as the listing view and the “more details” section.
3. Click on “Add Entry”.
4. Please start to fill in your details. Please always make sure you do not copy
and paste from any other source than “Text Edit” as the system will retain
formatting and the end result wouldn’t look very inviting and you will not
be able to reformat. Sorry!
Please make sure you have read the instructions in the framed box.
4.1 Company Overview gives you the space of 1000 characters to
a) promote and b)explain your company profile. It will appear in the
“more detail” section.
4.2 Short Overview gives you the space of 500 characters whereby
less is more, to introduce your company. This will appear in the listing view.
5. This input section will be mainly for Printers!
Please fill in all the details which mirror your company profile. This counts
from “Printer Profile” till “Plant List”. Please fill in the your plant list as the
search engine is designed to find every detail filled in. It doesn’t matter if
the text is set up in a block or spaced out because the search engine does not
differentiate between layout. Please be aware to not copy and paste from another
source than “Text Edit”.
5.1 For all others!
Please feel free to tick or fill out all appropriate details which mirror
your company profile. For example “Markets” or “Accreditations”.
6. Please download your company Logo as a jpeg and not bigger
than 100KB. Ignore the Icon field, it is for iPPSA use only
7. Please select a Category you would like to see your company
profile in. You can add your company profile in up to 5 categories.
8. Please tick the terms and conditions box on the left hand side and
then click the send button. Remember that every time you edit your entry
you must tick the terms and conditions box before saving.
